Each unit is equipped with Ring video cameras at the entrance, providing 24/7 monitoring.
We also have noise detection devices inside each unit that alert our local on-site support staff if noise levels exceed a certain threshold.
Additionally, smart locks are installed on every door, with unique access codes generated for each guest. These codes are automatically deactivated upon checkout.
